About me

I’m Christine Towndrow a digital illustrator specialising in scenes and architecture with an approachable, minimalist, graphic style. I’m based in Chester UK.

I’ve loved drawing since I was a child and enjoyed art all through school. I went into teaching, focusing on dyslexia but ill health unfortunately meant I had to stop. So gradually I took up art again, first as a freelance graphic designer and now as an illustrator. I work on my iPad using an Apple Pencil in my home office where I’m frequently interrupted by my cheeky black and white cat Samson!

I offer custom illustrations of buildings, architecture and places. You may be a shop, charity, business or venue and would like a bespoke illustration of your building for promotion and connecting with your clients.

I can also create custom home or family portrait illustrations.

I have an Etsy shop where I also sell prints which can be used as wall art for eg coffee shops, restaurants and rental properties… plus greetings cards and more.
